Industrial temperature sensor

Temperature recording system using an industrial pyrometer that is mounted on the side of the cold treatment sprinkler and has one of the smallest infrared sensors in the world with an optimum resolution of 22:1. In addition, it offers high flexibility of use with different types of outputs: configurable analog or different digital interfaces on the electronics box. 

• Temperature range from -50 ºC to 975 ºC 
• Spectral range: 8-14 μm 
• Response time: 150ms 

The system has  an industrial PLC panel with a 7″ touch screen and USB ports for log and history storage as well as an Ethernet port for data acquisition. 

The software performs the recording of the temperatures and the relevant logs, it also has the possibility to manage an analog output of different types to regulate the speed of the fans or the speed of the Lehr itself.
